19:30 1ª SESIÓN: Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF 2024 en el Teatro Alkázar.
20:30 Proyección Oficial de los cortometrajes del XI Festival Nacional Plasencia Encorto en los Multicines Alkázar – Avda. Cañada Real s/n. (Tercera sesión).

DÍA 2 – VIERNES 19 DE ABRIL
9:30 2ª SESIÓN: Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF. Teatro Alkázar.
10:45 3ª SESIÓN: Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF. Teatro Alkázar.
11:00 EOI de Plasencia. Masterclass: Que la inspiración te pille trabajando a cargo de Antonio Hernández Centeno, guionista y dramaturgo.
12:00 4ª SESIÓN: Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF 2024. Teatro Alkázar.
13:45 Recepción oficial del Ayuntamiento a los participantes en el del 11th International Youth Film Festival – Plasencia Encorto 2024.
14:30 Comida en la antigua Plaza del Mercado.
17:00 Intercambio de experiencias educativas entre profesorado europeo. Organiza CPR de Plasencia.
17:00-20:15 Talleres de animación, efectos especiales, trucajes de cine, maquillaje… para todos los participantes en el Festival en la antigua Plaza del Mercado
20:30 Proyección de cortometrajes del XII Certamen Nacional en el Teatro Alkázar.
21:30 Cena en la antigua Plaza del Mercado.
DÍA 3 – SÁBADO 20 DE ABRIL
9:00 Viaje cultural a la ciudad de Hervás /Cáparra. Salida junto al Parking de la Puerta Talavera / Hotel Real.
Comida en Hervás (la organización no incluye esta comida).
16:30 Regreso a Plasencia.
20:00 Gran Gala de Entrega de premios del XII Festival Nacional de Cortometrajes Plasencia Encorto y del 11th International Youth Film Festival – Plasencia Encorto en el Teatro Alkázar.
Después de la Gala habrá un cóctel de despedida en la antigua Plaza del Mercado (¡no olvides la acreditación!).
DÍA 4 – DOMINGO 21 DE ABRIL
7:30 El autobús estará en la en el Parking de la Puerta Talavera para recoger a los hospedados en el Albergue.
7:35 Aquellos que se hospeden en el Hotel Dora y Hostal La Muralla deberán desplazarse al mismo lugar donde los dejó el primer día, en la rotonda de la Puerta de Berrozana.
7:40 El autobús se desplazará hasta el Hotel Real para recoger al resto de pasajeros. Después saldrá directamente hacia Aeropuerto de Barajas. Sólo se realizará una única parada en el aeropuerto.

19:00 Official Opening of the festival at the Alkázar Theatre.
19:30 1st SESSIÓN: Screeningh of the short films selected for all the participants of IYFF 2024 in the Alkázat Theatre.
20:30 Official Screening of the short film of the XII Plasencia encorto National Festival at Multicines Alkázar (Avda. Cañada Real s/n.) (Third session)

DAY 2 – FRIDAY 19th APRIL
9:30 2nd SESSION: Screening of the short films selected for all IYFF participants. Alcazar Theatre.
10:45 3rd SESSION: Screening of the short films selected for all the participants of the IYFF. Alcazar Theatre.

13:45 Official reception of the City Council to the participants of the 11th International Youth Film Festival – Plasencia Encorto 2024.
14:30 Lunch in the old Market Square.
17:00 Exchange of educational experiences among teachers. Organices CPR de Plasencia.
17:00-20:15 Workshops on animation, special effects, film tricks, make-up… for all participants in the Festival in the old Market Place.
20:30 Screening of short films of the XII National Competition at the Alkázar Theatre.
21:30 Dinner in the old Market Square.
DAY 3 – SATURDAY 20th APRIL
9:00 Cultural trip to the city of Hervás /Cáparra. Departure from the Puerta Talavera car park / Hotel Real.
Lunch in Hervás (the organisation does not include this meal).
16:30 Return to Plasencia
20:00 Gala Award Ceremony of the XII National Short Film Festival Plasencia Encorto and the 11th International Youth Film Festival – Plasencia Encorto at the Alkázar Theatre.
After the Gala there will be a farewell cocktail in the old Market Square (don’t forget your accreditation!) Afterwards there will be a farewell party.
DAY4 – SUNDAY 21th APRIL
7:30 The bus will be at the Puerta Talavera car park to pick up those staying at the Albergue.
7:35 Those staying at Hotel Dora and Hostal La Muralla should go to the same place where they were dropped off on the first day, at the roundabout at Puerta de Berrozana.
7:40 The bus will go to the Hotel Real to pick up the rest of the passengers. It will then depart directly to Barajas Airport. There will be only one stop at the airport.

PREMIO DE HONOR AL FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE AMATEUR BEGIRADAK de San Sebastián
Estarán presente Leire de Miguel presidenta de la asociación Ikertze y Fernando Vera director del Festival Internacional de Cine Amateur de San Sebastián Begiradak.
Masterclass “Que la inspiración te pille trabajando» a cargo de Antonio Hernández. En colaboración con DAMA Autor
Antonio Hernández es Guionista y dramaturgo.
Empezó su carrera en la afamada serie “Al salirde clase”. Desde ese momento no se ha desvinculado del mundo de la ficción. Escribió las TV Movies: “El camino de Víctor”, “No estás sola, Sara”, “Días sin luz”, “Paquirri”, “La Duquesa” y “Mi gitana”, o la miniserie “Hermanos”, de la cual fue coordinador y creador. Ha participado en numerosas series: “Ciega a citas”, “Vivir sin permiso”, “Caronte”
Premio a la mejor película educativa dirigida por Alejandro Marín por su valor pedagógico, por su valor instructivo y educativo que bien podría ser utilizada como material didáctico dentro del aula.
