19:30 1ª Sesión. Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF 2019. Teatro Alkázar.
20:30 Proyección Oficial de cortometrajes del VII Festival Nacional Plasencia en el Teatro Alkázar. (Tercera sesión)
DÍA 2 VIERNES 5 DE ABRIL
9:30 2ª Sesión. Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF 2019. Teatro Alkázar.
10:30 IES Pérez Comendador. Proyección del documental Gurs, historia y memoria dirigido por Verónica Sáenz Jiménez. Presentado por los productores del documental: Fernando Yarza y Anabel Beltrán
10:30 IES Parque de Monfragüe. Proyección del documental Gurs, historia y memoria dirigido por Verónica Sáenz Jiménez. Presentado por los productores del documental: Fernando Yarza y Anabel Beltrán
10:45 3ª Sesión. Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF 2019. Teatro Alkázar
12:00 4ª Sesión. Proyección de los cortometrajes seleccionados para todos los participantes del IYFF 2019. Teatro Alkázar
Fórum de Festivales Escolares Internacionales. Durante las proyecciones tendrá lugar la presentación de distintos Festivales Escolares de distintas partes del mundo.
13:30 Recepción oficial del Ayuntamiento a los participantes en el del VI International Youth Film Festival – Plasencia Encorto.
17:00 Jornada Erasmus+: Intercambio de experiencias y conocimientos.
Centro de Profesores y Recursos de Plasencia. Centro Cultural de la Claras.
17:00 Curso: Cine al aula, aula al cine. ¡Con un TIC! Organizado por el CPR de Plasencia. Se impartirán dos talleres: Animando Plasencia impartido por Luz Beloso y Mª José Soto. Creación audiovisual en el aula con dispositivos móviles. Educando la mirada impartido por Sergio Clavero. Centro Cultural de la Claras.
17:00-20:15 Talleres de animación, efectos especiales, trucajes de cine, maquillaje… para todos los participantes en el Festival en la antigua Plaza del mercado.
20:30 Visita turística guiada por la ciudad de Plasencia. (Salida: Plaza del Mercado)
20:30 Proyección de cortometrajes del VII Certamen Nacional en el Teatro Alkázar. Selección de los mejores cortometrajes proyectados a lo largo de la semana. Películas en versión original con subtítulos en inglés.
Día 3 SÁBADO 6 DE ABRIL
8:00 Viaje Cultural a la ciudad de Cáceres. Visita a los Barruecos donde se rodó la serie Juego de Tronos. Salida junto al Parking de la Puerta Talavera.
10:00 Visita turística guiada por la ciudad de Cáceres. Visita a los Barruecos.
20:30 Gran Gala de Entrega de premios del VII Certamen Nacional de Cortometrajes Plasencia Encorto y del VI International Youth Film Festival – Plasencia Encorto, que se realizará en el Teatro Alkázar.
Gran gala final y entrega de premios, dirigida por Jerónimo García, organizada por Destino Oestes Producciones y presentada por Fernando Nieto y Juan Vázquez de Cómicos Crónicos Producciones.
23:00 Fiesta de despedida.
DÍA 4 DOMINGO 7 DE ABRIL
Los participantes partirán a sus respectivos destinos. Salida del autobús a las 7:45

20:30 Official Screening of short films of the VII Plasencia National Festival at the Alkázar Theater. (Third session)
DAY 2 – FRIDAY 5th APRIL
9:30 SECOND SESSION. Proyection of the selected short films for all participants of the IYFF 2019. Theater Alkázar.

Forum of International Schools Festivals. During the screenings it will be the presentation of different school festivals around the world.
13:30 Official reception of the City Council to the participants of the International Youth Film Festival Plasencia Encorto 2019.
17:00 Erasmus + Conference: Exchange of experiences and knowledge.
Centro de Profesores y Recursos de Plasencia. Centro Cultural de la Claras.
17:00 Course: Cinema to the classroom, classroom to the cinema. With an ICT! Organized by the CPR of Plasencia. There will be two workshops: Animando Plasencia taught by Luz Beloso and Mª José Soto. Audiovisual creation in the classroom with mobile devices. Educating the look taught by Sergio Clavero. Cultural Center of the Claras.
17: 00-20: 15 Animation workshops, special effects, film tricks, makeup … for all participants in the Festival in the old Market Square.
20:30 A Sightseeing tour of the city of Plasencia. With the cooperation of the Tourism Department of the City of Plasencia. (Exit: Marketplace)
20:30 Proyection of short films of the VII National Contest in Theater Alkázar. Selection of the best short films proyected over the week. Films in their original version with English subtitles.
DAY 3 – SATURDAY 6th APRIL
8:00 Cultural trip to the city of Cáceres. Visit to the Barruecos where the series Game of Thrones was filmed. Exit next to the Parking of the Talavera’s door.
10:00 Sightseeing tour of the city of Cáceres. Visit to the Barruecos.
20:30 Grand Gala and Award Ceremony of the VI International Youth Film Festival Plasencia Encorto and VII National Short Film Competition Plasencia Encorto, to be held in the theater Alkázar. Grand final gala and awards ceremony, directed by Jerónimo García, organized by Destino Oestes Producciones and presented by Fernando Nieto and Juan Vázquez de Cómicos Crónicos Producciones.
23:00 Farewell party.
DAY 4 – SUNDAY 7th APRIL
The participants will leave to their respective destination. Bus departure to Madrid / Barajas at 7:45am
